摘要：随着社会的不断发展和高等教育的深入改革，葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业面临的挑战和机遇日益凸显。传统的实践教学方式难以适应新时代需求，学科发展日新月异，专业实践的深度和广度需要更为有力的支撑。该文在深入研究耕读教育同葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业实践教学关系的基础上，分析其中存在的问题，并总结甘肃农业大学葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业近年来在“实践”与“耕读”融通方面的案例，旨在为相关实践教学改革提供思路和方法。在当前高等教育改革的大背景下，将耕读教育融入葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业实践教学，具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Exploration on the Integration of Farming and Reading Education into the Major Practical Teaching of Viticulture and Enology

Abstract: With the continuous development of society and the deepening reform of higher education， the challenges and opportunities faced by the viticulture and enology major are becoming increasingly prominent. Traditional practical teaching methods are difficult to meet the needs of the new era，and the development of disciplines is changing rapidly. The depth and scope of major practices demand stronger support. Based on in-depth research on the relationship between farming and reading education and major practical teaching of viticulture and enology， this article analyzes the existing problems， summarizes the cases of the integration of “practice”and“farming and reading”in the viticulture and enology major of Gansu Agricultural University in recent years， aiming to provide ideas and methods for relevant practical teaching reform. Under the current higher education reform background，integrating farming and reading education into the major practical teaching of viticulture and enology is of great theoretical and practical significance.
